You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that it meets the return conditions. Follow the steps below to return your order (or part of it).

If we receive an item that does not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept it.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The order must be returned in its original packaging. The item must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged.

The tags must be attached to the item.

An article with make-up stains cannot be returned.

The costs of the return shipment are for the customer.

There is no washing guarantee. Problems that arise after washing are at your own risk.

Earrings, hats and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons.
